RECEIVE is a European initiative. It is not an institution, body or agency of the European Union, and no endorsement by the European Union is implied.
The achievement
To receive European Union financing, an organisation passes the most rigorous public evaluation in the world. Its idea, its people, its standing and its promise are examined by experts against thousands of others — and it qualifies. In any other arena, clearing a bar this high would be worn with pride.
Across Europe, this achievement has more often been carried quietly: recorded in files, mentioned in footnotes, understated even by those who earned it. More than half a million organisations hold this distinction. What they could do together is only now becoming possible.

RECEIVE is a European initiative, built at eusingle.market, set to connect the organisations the European Union has financed and vetted so that public investment converts into real, market-driven traction. Its membership is called RECEIVE AI — the Next Generation of EU Businesses. It is being built now, and it is not finished: no structure of this kind has ever existed, and we are striving toward it by forward thinking that leapfrogs even the best practices yet implemented.

The record · in the Union's own evaluations
This is not a promise. It is the measured record of the club's members — achieved while each member worked alone.
Membership scale. European Commission, Kohesio — the Commission’s database of cohesion policy projects and beneficiaries records more than half a million beneficiary organisations across the twenty-seven Member States under the European Regional Development Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Social Fund since 2014. Returns per euro. European Commission, interim evaluation of Horizon Europe (30 April 2025): every euro of EU contribution is estimated to generate up to €11 in GDP gains by 2045, and every euro of cost to EU society up to €6 in benefits to citizens. The earlier ex-post evaluation of Horizon 2020 (29 January 2024) put the latter figure at approximately €5 by 2040, with the programme contributing an average €15.9 billion a year to EU GDP. The figures for returns and growth describe participants in the research and innovation framework programmes, which are one part of the wider population of EU-funded organisations.

What follows achievement
What follows is not yet reality, and we say so plainly: it is the club we are building. Every member of RECEIVE AI is to be supported by a dedicated team of mentors and carried to the whole of the market its achievement earned — not as a service to subscribe to, but as a standing that was won.

And beyond buying and selling: resale and distribution partnerships, bundled solutions, franchise replication, shared production capacity, joint creation. The distinction of having qualified, made legible at last to any buyer, partner or investor in the Union — because traction that is real and celebrated does not chase investment, it attracts it, on the member's terms and at home in Europe.

Founding phase · underway, autumn 2026
The founding phase asks for no public funding, so that everything which follows can be argued from results rather than promises. The phases ahead will rightly draw on the Union's funding routes, access and experience: no initiative of this scale succeeds without them, and we would not wish to try.
Impartial governance is the only acceptable way forward for an EU-wide initiative. Founder stewardship carries the founding phase; impartial oversight matures as the membership grows, with impartial oversight of listing from the outset.
